Mediahub’s Etsy Team has been honored with one of the highest recognitions at Campaign US’ annual Agency of the Year Awards, winning Media Team of the Year for 2026.
Less than a year into their partnership, a 40-person team has reshaped Etsy’s media strategy by redefining its most valuable audiences around three core motivations: humanity, quality, and originality. That insight didn’t just inform media planning—it spread across the entire organization, fueling a shift away from traditional TV toward streaming, audio, and culturally relevant partnerships where these consumers actually engage.
The results have been hard to ignore. Mediahub exceeded ROI targets in each of its first three quarters, with standout activations—from a podcast integration that drove site visits 52 times above benchmark to a WNBA All-Star Weekend collaboration that helped push Etsy past Q3 expectations—demonstrating the power of a more human, culturally attuned approach.
